In both cases the appointment will be confirmed by Viamodul.<br \/>\u00a0<\/p><h3>Payments<\/h3><p>Service orders are paid 40% on ordering, 30% five\u00a0 calendar days after the project begin and the 30% 60 calendar days after the appointment. Travel and acomodation costs are paid in advance.<br \/>\u00a0<\/p><h3>VAT<\/h3><p>All prices are net prices without VAT<br \/>\u00a0<\/p><h3>Travel and acomodation<\/h3><p>The prices refer to the provision of services online (by Skype or other online teamworking tools) or in our office in Lisbon (Alfragide). On request, our staff can also come to our customers. The travel and acodomation costs are supported by our customers. Accomodation can be provided by our customer or the corresponding amount calculated and paid in advance on appointment, as well as a fee of \u20ac 120 for half a day per employee.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3>Guarantees<\/h3><p>Apply the statutory safeguards of Portugal and Europe . The warranty may be canceled by changes made \u200b\u200bby customers of our developed code or configurations in the ePages backoffice or changes of the ePages software or browser version. Changes to the presentation of content or design concept are not covered by the warranty.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3>Cancellation of orders<\/h3><p>Orders be canceled up to 5 working days before the appointment. In this case, up to 50% of the payments already made will be refunded. Expenditures for bookings and other purchased or acquired expenses are excluded.
